Return Policy

Because each print is printed to order, there are no refunds or exchanges. If the artwork arrives damaged from shipping, please send an email to contact@artbydenise.com with photos of the damage and description. This must be done within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or a replacement will not be considered.

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a print, you are confirming that you have read the associated print description, and selected the appropriate edition type and size as required by you. Works are sold unframed and are delivered flat or rolled up inside of a tube depending on size of the print.

By purchasing a print from Art by Denise, you understand that you own a copy of an original photograph as captured by the original creator, Denise Lewandowski-Desiderio.

At no point do you, or will you, own the copyright of any image purchased from Art by Denise as a print.

Any original artwork purchased from Art by Denise may not be reproduced as a photograph, print, or digital image without the written consent from the artist, Denise Lewandowski-Desiderio. If written consent to reproduce the image is granted, a fee will be charged per print or in accordance to an agreement between the owner of the original and the artist, Denise Lewandowski-Desiderio.

Prints may not be reproduced, copied, shared electronically or used for any commercial purposes without our prior, express, permission and any applicable fee (as determined by us) being paid.

It is illegal to produce copies of any work which is copyrighted by Art by Denise, and we reserve the right to request legal assistance to enforce any applicable laws should any breach of copyright be discovered.

Upon our sending of your order confirmation by email, this contract is then deemed to be in force and all applicable clauses and terms apply.

Privacy Policy

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not share, sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

The original paintings are oil on panel and were painted in the span of 2021 to the current year by Philadelphia area artist Denise Lewandowski-Desiderio. These open-edition giclée prints can be ordered on paper or stretched canvas. All prints are unframed and unmatted with a white border. It is suggested that the buyer wait until receiving the print to decide on the right frame for that print. Every giclée paper print is inspected for quality, hand-signed and is carefully packed by the artist. Smaller prints are shipped flat and larger prints must be shipped rolled up in a tube. Stretched canvas prints include a wire and are ready to hang, shipped in a box directly from the artist. Each print is hand-signed by the artist. All prints are printed on archival paper and canvas that withstand the test of time to last generations to come. You should expect to receive your order within 3 -4 weeks of placing your order.
